The Art Star Hotel ( Yixing binguan ) is located on a busy block of Dongfeng Dong Lu. It is 8km from the city center of Guangzhou, 8km from the railway station and 15km from the airport. The hotel is of three star standard with a total of 137 rooms. Room service is available. All of the rooms and suites are equipped with DDD/IDD telephones, colour televisions and central air-conditioning. Beyond the business center and conference & meeting rooms, the hotel is a little short on additional facilities. There is however a mediocre disco and a shopping arcade. The business center includes facsimile, internet ports, photocopying and other services. The conference room on the 19th floor can accommodate 180 people.
